About Major General Jacob Brown Green Bay Veterans Manor

Committed to addressing the housing needs of homeless veterans in Wisconsin, Cardinal Capital and Center for Veterans Issues (CVI) partnered to open a second permanent, supportive veterans housing project in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Located on Green Bay's northeast side, the project offers 50 one-bedroom apartments to low-income veterans. The buildings amenities include a community room with a full kitchen, fitness center, and a computer lab. Internet and all utilities are included in the monthly rent.

On-site supportive services are provided by CVI and there is an on-site management office. Major General Jacob Brown Veterans Manor has a bus stop at the site and is located just a few blocks away from the VA Clinic.
